What We Do
- Due diligence work to assist business development projects (either in-licensing or out-licensing)
- Development of business plans to maximise the value of an asset / investment. Steps taken include:
- Full market assessment with market research as necessary
- Identification of key unmet clinical needs and development of Target Product Profile to inform the clinical development process
- Determining a launch forecast and net present value of any project based on a full launch implementation plan
- Development of core strategic elements namely: branding, strategy, positioning, messaging and pricing.
- Interim or medium-term positions as a strategic marketing or commercial director responsible for direction of project teams or business units.
